We encourage our residents to utilize our website to address most, if not all, of your residential needs. Residents are welcome to communicate directly with office personnel, submit maintenance requests, submit online payments, and request documentation.

Emergency Situations

In the case of a medical, fire, or other emergencies that could involve immediate peril to you or someone surrounding you, call 911. Please note that DAD Properties reserves the right to enter a unit without prior notice from the resident if the emergency poses an immediate threat to the property.

Maintenance

During office hours, you may request service by phoning the management office or placing an online request. We request that the explanation of the needed service be as clear and complete as possible. This will help us give better service and ensure we fully understand your request.

In the case of an emergency, please telephone the office immediately. If the emergency occurs after the office is closed, a live agent will take your request. We have listed for your reference what is considered an emergency:

Fire
Flood (sink, Toilet/from other units)
Lockout (minimum of 2-hour window before tech arrives at location $50.00 charge to residents)
Damaged unit doors (not locking or security reasons)
Heat in Extreme Temps (20+ below); there is normally a 30-degree difference inside
Gas leaks & Carbon Monoxide (Tenant must call Gas Company to verify a leak)
