In the case of a medical, fire, or other emergencies that could involve immediate peril to you or someone surrounding you, call 911. Please note that DAD Properties reserves the right to enter a unit without prior notice from the resident if the emergency poses an immediate threat to the property.
During office hours, you may request service by phoning the management office or placing an online request. We request that the explanation of the needed service be as clear and complete as possible. This will help us give better service and ensure we fully understand your request.
